No. Anyone can launch a token, which is why the verified tick matters: it shows the issuer passed identity checks and the listing was reviewed. Investors should still read the documents and do their own research.
No. VestaScan is a technology provider. Issuers are responsible for making sure their offering complies with the law where it's made, and should take their own legal advice.
