Each new token you put live counts as one launch. Investor-only and open tokens have separate allowances, which reset every plan period.
Every action on a token, such as sending or approving an investor, has a small network fee. With a Vesta wallet we pay a number of those for you each day, depending on your plan.
Yes, any time from your settings. Upgrades start straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
Fees beyond your plan's covered actions are paid by the network, not by VestaScan, and are shown to you before you confirm anything.
