A platform for raising capital with tokens. Issuers create a token with their investor rules built in and share one page with their documents; investors use that page to review the offer and contact the issuer.
Most people finish the setup in a few minutes. You'll need a name, a short symbol and how many tokens to create; everything else has sensible defaults that the app explains.
Creating an account is free, and paid plans come with a free trial of up to 14 days. Launching a token needs a plan that includes launches; see the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Tokens can be launched on Ethereum and Polygon. You pick the network on the review screen before you launch.
