Data Room & Document Storage

Transparency is key to digital asset verification. The Vestascan Data Room allows deployers to attach critical documentation directly to the token profile, accessible via the Dashboard and the Public Scanner.

Features

  • Secure Storage: Files are stored securely using Google Cloud Storage.
  • File Limit: You can upload up to 10 files per token.
  • Size Limit: Each file must be under 5 MB.

Access Control Levels

Deployers have granular control over who can view these documents. During upload or subsequent editing, you can set the Visibility for each file:

  1. Public (Everyone): Visible to anyone viewing the token on the Public Scanner. Good for generic "Teasers" or "Whitepapers".
  2. Whitelisted Users Only: Only wallets that have undergone KYC and are currently on the ERC-1404 whitelist can view these files. Ideal for "Prospectuses" or " Financial Audits".
  3. Specific Users: Restrict access to a manually curated list of wallet addresses. Useful for sensitive "Legal Agreements" or "Tax Documents" meant for specific partners.

Managing Access

As the Deployer, you can update these permissions at any time:

  • Navigate to Token Management > Documents.
  • Click the Edit (Pencil) icon next to a file.
  • Change the visibility setting or add/remove specific wallet addresses.
