Transparency is key to digital asset verification. The Vestascan Data Room allows deployers to attach critical documentation directly to the token profile, accessible via the Dashboard and the Public Scanner.

Secure Storage
Files are stored securely using Google Cloud Storage with encryption at rest.
File Limit
Upload up to 10 files per token with a maximum of 5 MB per file.
Granular Access
Control exactly who can view each document with three visibility levels.

Managing Access

Navigate to documents
Go to Token Management > Documents for your selected token.

Edit permissions
Click the Edit icon next to any file to modify its visibility settings.

Update access
Change the visibility level or add/remove specific wallet addresses as needed.
Permissions are flexible
As the deployer, you can update document permissions at any time without redeploying the token.
