Back and discuss
Two ways to take part on a token page without investing: back the offering to show support, and join the discussion with other investors and the issuer.
You need to be signed in for both.
Back an offering
Backing is a public show of support. It doesn't buy anything, move any money or commit you to invest.
- Open the token's page.
- Select Back this. The button changes to Backed and the backer count goes up.
- To take it back, select Backed again.
The number of backers appears on the token page and in Explore, where investors can sort by Most backed.
Join the discussion
Token pages can have a comments thread. It opens once the token is verified and the issuer has turned comments on.
- Open the token's page and go to Comments.
- Write in Share your thoughts on this token and select Post comment.
- To answer someone, select Reply under their comment. Replies go one level deep.
You can edit your own comment for a short time after posting it, and delete it at any time.
Who can read and post
The issuer chooses this for each token:
- Who can read comments? Everyone, or Token holders only.
- Who can post comments? Anyone signed in, or Token holders only.
If only holders can take part and you've just received the token, you may briefly see Verifying your holdings while your balance is confirmed. Try again in a moment.
