Data room
Your token's data room holds the documents investors read before they commit: your pitch deck, legal agreements, financial reports, a whitepaper and anything else. Each file has its own access setting, so you can share some publicly and keep others for approved investors or people you invite.
Open My tokens, select the token, then Data room.
Who can see a file
| Access | Who can view it | How investors see it on your page |
|---|---|---|
| Public | Anyone with the token's page link. | Public |
| Whitelist only | Only investors on your approved investor list. Not offered on open tokens. | Token holders |
| Explicit access | Only people you grant access to. | Exclusive |
Investors who aren't signed in only see public files, with a prompt to sign in to check for more.
Upload a document
- On Data room, select Upload a document.
- Drop a file in, or browse for one.
- Give it a Display name: the name investors will see.
- Choose what kind of document it is: Pitch deck, Legal, Financial, Whitepaper or Other.
- Choose who can view it. If you pick Explicit access, add at least one person under People who can view it, by account ID or wallet address.
- Upload. You'll see Document uploaded.
If you're not sure where to start, upload your pitch deck first.
Grant access to people
To share one or more files with specific people:
- On Data room, select Grant access.
- Under People, add each person by account ID or wallet address.
- Choose the documents to share and select Grant access.
To see or change who can open a single file, open its actions and choose who can view it. Who can view this file lists everyone with access; use Give someone access to add a person, or remove someone from the list.
Share documents from an enquiry
When an investor sends you an enquiry, you can give them access without leaving it. Open the enquiry and select Share documents, then choose the files. The enquiry moves to Replied and the investor sees Documents shared. See Investor enquiries.
Change, rename or delete a file
From a file's actions you can:
- Change visibility: switch between Public, Whitelist only and Explicit access.
- Edit document details: change the display name.
- Delete: remove the file. Investors lose access straight away.
How many files you can add
The number of files per token depends on your plan:

|---|---|
| Free | — |
| Starter | 1 |
| Growth | 10 |
| Verified Growth | 20 |

Some plans include the pitch deck only:

When you reach your limit, the data room tells you and shows which plan includes more. Your existing files stay available.
