Investor enquiries

When your token page shows an interest button, investors can send you their contact details and a message. Those enquiries arrive in the app, where you can reply, approve the investor or share documents with them.

Where to find them

• For one token: open My tokens, select the token, then the Interest tab.
• For all your tokens: open Enquiries in the menu and choose Received. The Sent side lists enquiries you've sent to other issuers.

Read and answer an enquiry

Enquiries are sorted into Inbox, Replied and Archived. Select one to see the investor's name, email, phone, message and when it arrived. Then:

• Reply by email opens your email app with their address filled in.
• Add to whitelist adds them to your approved investor list, with their wallet filled in. Only on approved-investors tokens.
• Share documents gives them access to files in your data room.
• Archive files the enquiry away.

Once you've approved an investor or shared documents, the enquiry moves to Replied.

What each status means

The investor sees a simpler version on their side: Sent, Seen, Responded (or Whitelisted and Documents shared), and Closed. A declined or archived enquiry shows to them as Closed, never as declined.

Filter and export

Search by investor, email or token, and narrow by period (All time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days). To keep your own records, export the current page as a CSV file.

What your plan includes

Seeing who enquired, and their contact details, depends on your plan. On a plan without it, the Interest tab still shows how many investors are waiting, so you know there's something there.

Plans that include enquiries can reveal a set number per token. Hidden ones stay listed but locked, with an option to reveal them all by upgrading.
