Express interest
When you'd like to know more about an offering, or want to invest, you can send the issuer your details and a message straight from the token page. They can then reply, approve you as an investor or share documents with you.
Send an enquiry
- Sign in, then open the token's page.
- Select Express interest. On an open token, the button reads Contact the team.
- Fill in your Email, and optionally your Phone (optional) and a Message (optional) telling the issuer briefly what you're interested in.
- Send it. You'll see Enquiry sent.
The issuer reviews your enquiry and may get in touch using the details you gave.
If you don't see the button, the issuer either hasn't turned it on or shows their contact details on the page instead. The issuer's round status (for example, Closed) also decides whether investors can express interest.
Follow up
You can have one open enquiry per token at a time. Once you've sent one, the token page shows View your enquiry instead of the button.
All your enquiries are under Enquiries › Sent, with where each one stands:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sent | Waiting for the token team to open it. |
| Seen | The token team has read your enquiry. |
| Whitelisted | You were added to the token's approved investor list, so you can now receive it. |
| Documents shared | You can now view more of the token's documents in its data room. |
| Responded | The token team has responded. |
| Closed | This enquiry is closed. You're welcome to send a new one. |
What the issuer sees
The issuer sees your name, the email and phone number you gave, your message, and your account ID or wallet so they can approve you. Only share what you're happy for them to have.
